ELIGIBILITY
This exhibit is open to all current MAS members.

ONLINE SUBMISSIONS
January 22 - February 5, 2025 at 6 pm.
One piece of artwork may be submitted. Entry Fee - $10
- Go to localhost:8888/Rebuild_MadArtSoc/ and select "50th Annual Member Exhibition" from the homepage.
- Submit your high-quality jpg image on the entry form. Do not include the frame in your image. Crop your photo to the edge of the image.
- Images file names must use the following format to be included in the our social media and any online gallery: last name_first name_ title_medium_height x width_price.
- Make your payment online.
RECEIVING
Saturday, February 8, 9:30 to 12 noon.
RECEPTION
Thursday, February 13, 5:30 - 7:30PM
REMOVAL
Saturday, March 15, 1 - 4PM
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Original works in all media except photography or computer generated art will be accepted.
- Work that has been shown in previous MAS Exhibits or done under tutelage may not be submitted.
- All work must be framed or gallery wrapped (edges must be finished), signed on front or back and wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers). Work must look professional in presentation.
- Framed art may not exceed 38” on the longest side.
- “Not For Sale” works will be accepted.
- Work must be deemed appropriate for all age viewers.
- Inventory tags created by MAS - using the information from your online submission - will be placed on the paintings at receiving.
SALES OF ARTWORK
Artists will be paid directly the full sales amount. (A contribution of 20% of sales will be made to MAS, of which half will be donated to the Scranton Memorial Library.)
Madison Art Society assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft of submitted work. All artists are responsible for insuring their own work and hereby waive and release MAS, its volunteers and Board Members from any and all liability.
