Get ready to display your paintings in the MAS Elected Artist & ‘Tis the Season Exhibition and Sale Monday November 21, 2022 – Friday, January 6, 2023 at The Scranton Memorial Library. *You must have your 2022 dues paid prior to receiving*

Online Submissions:   Nov 14th- Nov 18th        
Receiving:    Saturday, November 19th 9:30am – Noon       
Reception:    Thursday, December 8th 5:30 – 7:30pm
Take Down:   Saturday, January 7th 2023 9:30am – Noon

Mark your calendars to attend our ‘Tis the Season Opening Gala Dec 8th 2022. Enjoy the  usual festivities with music, food and beverages, plus a surprise addition to the evening, sure to make it a memorable night!
 
Winter Studio – Madison Town Hall.   Winter Studio will run for eight weeks, and the cost will be $103.00.  We will meet on Mondays from 9:00 to 3:00, as usual, with a break for lunch at noon and a critique from 2:00 to 3:00.   The dates will be:  January 9, 23, 30; February 6, 13, 27; March 6, 13.  Please send in your check addressed to Madison Art Society as soon as possible (first 21 people get in) to: Cheryl Sorensen, 28 Oak Street, Lyme CT 06371 
 
MAS board position open- TREASURER. Join our dynamic board of directors and give back to your art society.  We are seeking a MAS member or a spouse to fill this position. The duties entail basic bookkeeping, such as paying bills, making deposits, and  keeping track of income and expenses.  The MAS board of directors meets on the 1st Monday of every month at 4:30pm.  MAS asks that all member of our art society volunteer time to one event a year to ensure that our art society runs smoothly.
